Information
All the Charlie Fit classes are designed for everyone of all ages and abilities.
Our youngest member being 16 and our more mature being in their 70's!

Charlie makes the classes accessible to all levels. From beginners to advanced dancers and to those that want a high impact workout, to those that would enjoy a more relaxed pace!

Our classes are fun and friendly, and perfect for those that don't like the gym and want to keep fit with likeminded ladies.
